Elora's Baptism and Birthday

 Elora turned 8!
She was baptized in our chuch building by her father (Pete)!
After her baptism we had a birthday party for her with our family. She chose the dinner too. We had deviled quail eggs, BBQ chicken and lots of good veggies and fruit.

December Fun!

Here are a few things we did in December before Christmas.

Pete and I were in the Forgotten Carols as Constance's parents.

Pete replaced a couple windows in 40 degree weather :)

We decorated our tree and Pepper (the cat) undecorated it.

I made this fun little Christmas tree!

We had such beautiful fall leaves this year!

Summer Catch-up!

We had a fun day in the sun with lots of family.

While at the lake we celebrated Julie and Xander's B-Days.

Julie actually went out on the lake.

The kids had tons of fun in the sand.

July Project

This was my project in July!

I turned our old microwave stand into an

incubator!

Here is the fully functioning incubator with the newly purchased Quail eggs bought on
Ebay.
The eggs are hatching!

We had 21 chicks hatch!

Chicken Tractor!

This is what I've been working on!

I know! It's not very pretty, but it works great!

I used all kinds of scraps lying around the yard to build it.

If you want to see more check out this web page...

I'm hoping they'll help with our slug problem :)
