Leaves Fall!

Two weeks ago we had a few warm days. The kids entertained themselves for 3 days in a row with this pile of leaves that they worked so hard to rake up.

When I wasn't looking Xander crawled into the stroller basket and was smashing his face against the mesh. He thought he was being pretty funny!

Spooky, Scary Skeletons!

This year for our Halloween party we had bone bread sticks and a snake calzone!

And bat cookies!

Danika really liked the cookies!

Then we carved pumpkins and after that went to Trunk or Treating at the church!

Zach was the headless horseman, Danika was Cinderella, Elora was a witch and Xander was a Bunny.

CA in September!

Now it's September!

We went to CA to see the newest "Smith" baby!

This is Wendy and Ben's baby, Dixie.

While we were in CA we visited Riley's Farm in Oak Glenn.
Makella and Danika were so intrigued by this little gopher.

We went to the Yucaipa Market and Grandma let the kids get their faces painted.

We also took Bonnie and her kids to the Living Dessert. It was only 111 degrees when we left!

The poor baby boys were so hot, we were pouring water on them to keep them cool.

Cute Little Guy

Way back in August (again) we had this cut little guy come hang out with us for a while. I think it's a baby humming bird. The mama came around to check on it a few times. It just sat there while we stared at it. We were standing right under the wire, which was only about 5 ft above my head.

Sequim, WA

We went camping in Sequim, WA for our last camping trip this summer!

We couldn't have picked a better weekend for it!

It was warm and sunny and beautiful!
